2 huge handfuls baby spinach

1 cup strawberries chopped into little cubes

1 big handful blueberries

1/4 cup pine nuts or sunflower seeds

4 tablespoons agave nectar

1.5 teaspoons white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

chop strawberries and set to the side

put pine nuts/sunflower seeds in a dry skillet and put on medium heat, stirring often, until golden brown, and a little crunchy.

set aside with the strawberries

combine agave nectar, vinegar, pepper, salt, and olive oil in a bowl and whisk together.

but strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and spinach in a big bowl and toss.

serve and top with dressing
